Network v1.0: Nexus & Wire

v1.0 adds Nexus and Wire to Network. Nexus is a public directory of nodes — people, organisations, and places in the mind-exploration space — with read-only node pages, and Wire is the news layer on top of it: items arrive through agent intake or a signed-in community form, go through admin review, and reach the feed. Signed-out visitors can read the feed and open Nexus, so the directory and the wire are open to everyone, not just signed-in members.
